What are Ride N Zone's party cost and options?
Please refer to our Birthday Parties and Pricing Sections and familiarize yourself with our party options. If you do not find an option to suit your needs please call us so that we can try to accommodate you.

Can I bring additional guests?
Each all inclusive party includes 12 participants including the birthday child. You can bring up to 3 additional guests at 9.99 per additional guest.  

How do I book a party and how far in advance should I book?
You can make a party reservation on our website or call you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $75 non refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance and extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash.

What is your cancellation policy?
When booking a party, a non refundable $75 dollar deposit is charged at time of reservation. If you cancel 14 days prior to your date, you can reuse your deposit for another date in the next 6 months. If you cancel with less than 14 days , you will loose the deposit even if you reschedule. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, decorations into Ride N Zone?
No outside food can be brought in other than the birthday cake (cupcakes). Alcoholic beverages are never allowed. Each party guest (up to and including 12 guests) will each receive 2 slices of pizza and a drink. Additional pizza, $10.99 and drink, $1.99 may be purchased for your adult guests. You may bring party themed paper goods and decorations (favors, balloons, blowouts, etc). Please do not tack or tape party decorations and do not bring silly string or confetti. We do provide supplies including plates, cups, napkins, forks and spoons in the party package.

Will there be a staff member to help supervise the kids in the play arena and party room?
Yes, each party there are two assigned Ride N Zone patrols who will supervise the play arena. The Ride N Zone Patrols are there to ensure that the children are playing safely and following the rules. They are not there to watch your children so please keep an eye on your child at all times. We will also help you get settled in the party area, serve pizza, and cut and serve the cake. When the party is over we clean up for you.

What should the kids and adults wear?
Kids should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for play. The roadway is made of a safety padding. Tennis shoes or rubber sole shoes are required, adults, no spike heals. Socks are required if you are participating in the skate party. If you do not have socks at time of play, you may purchase a pair in the reception area.

How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?
Everyone including the party family should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the party starts. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early because another party will be in session.

Can adults interact in the arena?
Adults can interact in the party arena. They must obey all safety signs, rules of the road, and follow Ride N Zone instruction. We encourage adults to move freely in the party arena, especially obeying the pedestrian crossings signs.

Who is allowed to enter Ride N Zone?
Ride N Zone is specifically designed for kids ages 1-6 years old. We customize each party to provide age appropriate ride ons. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult.
